As a Product Designer at Contovista, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our AI-powered banking products. Your responsibilities will entail conducting user research, developing prototypes, designing intuitive interfaces, defining feature requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring your ideas to life. You will be passionate about …
- Understanding market and user needs – Dive deep into banking and AI-driven product landscapes, aligning design with user and business goals.
- User research – Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to connect with user, customer (banks), and business needs.
- Concept development – Iteratively design and refine concepts, wireframes, mockups, and requirements for intuitive desktop and mobile products.
- Ownership – Manage product development process including timelines, requirements definition and testing.
- Primary point of contact: Act as the go-to person for all product and design-related inquiries.
- Product communication – Clearly communicate product value to customers (Banks) and collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to support product launches and articulate product benefits.
Who we are looking for …
- A self-organized, independent mindset – You excel at managing your time, meeting deadlines, and proactively communicating to deliver results.
- UX and product design expertise – 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in creating visionary, innovative designs.
- Industry knowledge – Experience with digital banking, AI platforms and/or B2B2C solutions; technical understanding is a plus.
- Adaptability to new tools and methods – Familiarity with industry-standard practices and a willingness to embrace cutting-edge tools, such as AI.
- Data-driven design – A passion for leveraging data and best practices to inform your work.
- Exceptional storytelling – The ability to dynamically and persuasively communicate concepts in both German and English, engaging clients (banks) and internal stakeholders.
