With the new release, we have fulfilled a wish that has been expressed several times: The new AI Finance Managers (PFM and BFM) now allow users to create custom categories. Your customers can now use individual criteria that correspond to their own circumstances, habits, and preferences. For example, in the PFM, they can set up categories such as hobbies, pets, children, insurance, food delivery, or going-out expenses. In the BFM, they can create categories for office supplies, software and licenses, phone and internet, rent, and utilities.
This enables a more tailored and practical management of personal finances, further personalises the banking experience, and strengthens the relationship with the primary bank.
The most important advantages of custom categories include:
- More convenience and time savings: AI-supported suggestions help you create new custom categories. At the same time, your customers retain full control over their new category.
- Seamless integration: The custom categories are integrated into the existing functions so that everything works as seamlessly as usual.
- Better overview: Categories are displayed directly on the transaction page, allowing your customers to review and adjust their expenses more quickly. Another benefit is that they can immediately see if their custom category matches the transaction and easily modify it if needed.
